we hope you adore your faev order — but if something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle it:

no refunds, babe.

we currently do not offer refunds on any orders. once your return is approved, you’ll receive store credit to shop something else you love.

returns:

• eligible within 7 days of delivery
• item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
• must include all original packaging and tags
• return shipping is at the customer’s cost

please note:

• sale items are final sale — no returns or store credit
• faev is not responsible for lost/damaged return parcels

how to start a return:
